Karen’s Personal Statement

With over 20 years experience of exercise I can help you set health and fitness goals, reach those targets, and set new ones along the way.   

I can cater for all fitness levels including absolute beginners- this is where I can help most.   If you have lost your shape and want to focus on specific areas for toning then we can do that too.


For me it is all about understanding the way our health and well-being contribute to confidence. As part of my 1-2-1 service I also focus on nutritional advice and information to ensure that your work out is aimed not only on the way you look on the outside but also how you feel on the inside.
