Over the last eight years of working within the Health and fitness industry, I have encouraged, motivated and trained people from all walks of life, young and old. It’s been a pleasure, not only because I am passionate about the work I do but also because I practice what I preach  which gives me a genuine understanding of what my clients need to do, in order to manage time, stay motivated, fit and healthy.


When I start to train a new client, it is my intention to support and help them achieve their goals and also to encourage them to make healthy living a long term lifestyle choice.

Experience

As well as being personal trainer, I work with a couple of NHS primary care trusts on an on going basis, delivering seated as well as standing exercise sessions to adults aged over 50, with varying ability levels. I also teach different types of fitness sessions within primary and secondary schools.

I am experienced in post natal training, helping new mothers get back in shape and strengthening any weakness that may have been brought about or worsened by pregnancy. I also have a special interest in back care training and rehabilitation.

Over the last eight years I have delivered a variety of fitness classes in different leisure centres across the south of London and currently deliver strength training, cardiovascular and flexibility sessions at a local leisure centre.
