Adappt first opened in May 2007. Danny and Paul decided to join forces and share their experience of  20 years between them in the fitness industry in the mission to create something quite special and unique.

 

Adappt is an acronym that stands for Danny And Paul’s Personal Training, and explains the spelling of the two P’s in the businesses name.

Adappt Personal Training Solutions has gone from strength to strength since opening and is continuing to grow as a successful fitness and wellbeing brand.
