After selling his soul to a bank for too many years, Paul jumped ship and set up his own company ‘fforfitness'.

As well as personal training, Paul also teaches at many of the local private clubs and presents aerobics, step and body-conditioning at many national events.

Whether it be for weight loss, fitness for sport or helping with injury prevention I take great pleasure in working 1 on 1 with my clients in order to achieve their objectives. I aim to offer a friendly, professional service centred around my clients’ needs.

Essentially my goal is to help others reach their goal. You bring the determination and commitment, and I'll provide the know-how, variety, fun and that all important extra push needed to ensure you can shift that tummy, sprint for that bus, tone those arms, run that marathon...or whatever your ultimate goal may be. I pride myself on being on the right side of motivating; pushing you harder when you need it without being bullish. I can also provide advice and guidance on nutritional matters helping you to balance your training and nutrition together.
