The Adappt “Eat Well, Feel Great!” programme is a completely unique and highly effective method of loosing body fat, toning up and feeling better about yourself.  Not just for the duration of the course, but into the rest of your life.

 

 

There are no diets to follow, no points to stick to and no calories to count.  Instead the course focuses on helping you change your behaviour towards food and your lifestyle habits to create a happier, healthier you.

 

 

On the two hour session Danny and Paul use their specialist NLP training to help you move your life forwards in a way that will help you lose unwanted body fat and inches from your body. You will be measured weekly to help keep you motivated and on the right track, plus there is a 45 minute group personal training session designed to maximise your results.

Thursday 10th January 2012 and will run every Thursday for 6 weeks until 14th February 2012.

 

Sessions are from 7pm until 9pm.  You will need to bring clothes suitable for exercise including training shoes.

 

Course cost:  £200 for the full course including motivational workbook to keep you on the right track. Confirm your booking before 1st January 2012 for the early bird price of just £175.

 

We only take  a maximum of 10 people per course and take bookings on a first come first serve basis.
